Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON Berhad) is one ofMalaysia’s largest conglomerates which was established in 1984 to distributeProton cars – Malaysia’s first national car. The main shareholders of thecompany are DRB-HICOM Group Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Through one of its whollyowned subsidiary, Automotive Conversion Engineering, it undertakesmodifications on the Proton range of cars, converted Perdana and Waja model toexecutives model and a limousine model.
