Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB) ,is a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Government and was incorporated on October 15,1990 under ther Companies Act 1956.PNSB started operations on Dicember 1,1991 .Authorized capital is Rm 100 milion and paid-up capital Rm 24 milion. PNSB has been formed to take over the operations of comercial projects Selangor state Secretary (incorporation) PSKS or SSI.PNSB also carry out projects involving the development and other services such as dialysis ,insurance is through its subsidiaries.
